Conoil Nigeria is an independent private exploration and production company in Nigeria owned by Chief Mike Adenuga,the owner of Glo Network. 

Conoil has major interest in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum industry. 

The Company is active in the marketing of refined petroleum products,drilling and the manufacture and marketing of lubricants and chemicals for domestic and industrial use.

The Company was incorporated in 1984 under the name Consolidated Oil Nigeria Limited,but later changed to Conoil Producing Limited.

The main activities of the company are the exploration, production and sales of crude oil. Conoil acquired some oil blocks namely - OMLs 103, 136 and OPLs 290 and 257, after a very competitive bidding organized by Federal Government of Nigeria.

Conoil is also the employer of over 250 people and has valid  licenses in the rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
