According to sources the Lagos State Government raised the salary of it's civil service workers in the state by over 400%.

The minimum wage paid by Lagos State used to be about ₦19,000 but right now it has been increased to roughly ₦ 62,000.

The estimated current salary earned by new entry government workers in Lagos State Government civil service is between ₦ 62,000 - ₦ 82,096 per month (Grade Level 1) after tax,excluding allowances.
