New Entry Level Employees earn lower than other experienced old workers,however the amount of money earned by the new employees is expected to increase with promotion and years of work experience.

The estimated current salary earned by new entry workers of United Nations Nigeria is about ₦ 400,000 - ₦ 600,000 per month after Tax (excluding allowances)*. 

There is also allowances for their workers such as the language allowance and dependency allowance that is subject to a maximum of 6 children.

The current minimum wage in Nigeria,applicable from 2011 is ₦18,000 per month,exclusive of all deductions.
