The Nigeria Immigration Service recruits new personnels on a yearly basis and this application is usually done online.

  • Visit Nigerian immigration official website on www.immigration.gov.ng
  • Select the position or vacancies that you want to apply or qualify for. 
  • Create an account,click on sign up and then enter your email address and password.
  • A verification mail will be sent to your e-mail address, open your e-mail address and verify the mail.



  • Return to the log in page and enter your email address and password.
  • Fill in your personal details,including your name, date of birth, state of origin, local government of origin,height in metres Etc

  • Fill every information correctly,don't make mistakes. 
  • Input your current home address. 
  • Input a national form of identification i.e voters card. international passport, national ID card or drivers license. select one and fill in your id no for the selected identification type.
  • Add data of family relations,example information about your parents,name, address, state and local government of origin of your relations. 
  • Fill in any medical conditions or criminal records if any.
  • Then Input your educational qualifications and current or previous employment details.
  • Specify if you have worked before in the civil service or the with the military before. 
  • Carefully review all the information you have filled in.
