Solution:-

• (b) Wipe with a soft dry cloth and re-insert

Your decoder will return to factory setting automatically

Q: My DStv Picture Quality Is Cracking?

Solution:-

• (a) The picture quality might be affected due to low signal quality caused by rainfall or thunderstorm,this will normalise once the storm is over.
• (b) If it continues you should try to realign your dish as it is likely your dish has slightly shifted from the signal position,you can contact an installer or you do it yourself.
