The Most Expensive House In Nigeria

For some years now there has been the picture of a particular house
circulating on the internet as being the most expensive house in Nigeria. 

Not even the most expensive house in lekki,or the most expensive house in Lagos but the most expensive house in Nigeria.

From the information i could gather, this supposed building belongs to an Igbo business man named Okwudili Umenyiora,(Mr Dilly) CEO of Dilly Motors and also that the much debated building is located at Lekki Phase One (Oniru New Market), Lagos.

Further more it is said that the house is estimated to be worth about $10 million US dollars and took about four years to complete. The house was eventually completed in 2013.

The house also came with:

• Floor televisions
• Swimming pools
• Elevators to the fourth floor
• A garage with amazing decor (Transparent Glass)

The house is also maintained by five housekeepers, among who is a Philippine woman.

If actually this building is worth up to $10 million dollars as estimated then it should be among the most expensive buildings in Nigeria, but if you ask me,there should be a lot of other more expensive buildings in Nigeria.

Not withstanding the art work and architectural design of the house is really appealing to the eye.

My question now is,what about the houses of other Nigerian billionaires like Aliko Dangote,Folorunsho Akakija Etc has any real estate expert  valued their house? Which certified building expert or surveyor valued this building to be worth about ten million dollars? 

As long as all this facts hasn't been ascertained, this building should be regarded as one of
