How To Register

There are two methods of registering for Sterling Banks Online internet Banking. 

The first way to register is to walk into any Sterling Bank branch closest to you and visit the customer care unit. 

Request or ask for information about how to register for online internet banking,after that you will be give an application form to fill.

Fill the form correctly and submit for processing. 

You will be contacted via email or SMS if your application was successful.

You will also be sent your initial log in details which you will use to login and access your online dashboard portal,which you can change and personalize later,but it's advisable that you change your default login password the moment you log in for the first time for security reasons.

Some transactions might require you to have a token,a token is a device that generates codes for some specific online transactions. 

Visit your Bank branch and request to be issued a token.

The second method that you can use to register for The Sterling Bank Internet Banking Online is by following the steps below:
With an Internet enabled device or laptop access or log on to 
https://bankonline.sterlingbankng.com/web/guest/home#  to open the official online banking website of Sterling Bank.

Click on the "Sign Up" button to proceed to registration as a new user.

On the registration page,enter your Sterling Bank Account Number and your phone number,click on "submit".

You will automatically receive an SMS on your phone prompting you to take further actions to complete the registration. 

Visit any branch of Sterling Bank closest to you to request for a token for your online transactions.
