The current estimated salary earned by Shell SPDC workers is ₦450,000 - ₦ 500,000 per month for permanent workers while contract workers earn around ₦250,000 - ₦ 300,000 monthly (After Tax)*. 

Entry Level Employees earn lower than other staffs,however the amount of money earned is expected to increase with promotion and experience.
