Early Life 

Burna Boy grew up in Port-Harcourt,Rivers state Nigeria. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ogulu,he grew up in Ahoada Port-Harcourt. 

His father was a welder that owned his own welding business while his mother was a lecturer and a translator named Bose Ogulu. 

Oluwa Burna's early education was at Montessori International School before he moved to Lagos State to attend Corona,Agbara,Lagos for his secondary school education. 

Burna tried to a bag a degree in a University in London,but couldn't,he dropped out and returned to Nigeria. 

Career 

Burna Boy developed interest in music when a friend of his gave him a copy of the production software FruityLoops. 

After then he started to create his own beats on an old computer. 

When he returned from London he linked up with talented producer LeriQ and started making music.
