Early Life 

Jaywon grew up in Kogi state,it's said that

He got his primary education at ECWA Primary 
School and secondary school at Government 
Secondary School Kogi State. 

The musician graduated with a HND honours 
in Account from Federal Polytechnic,Bida.

Career 

Jaywon has been in the music game since 2015. 
He used to do different menial jobs,he was a former bartender.

His breakthrough came after he came to Lagos 
and met with Kenny Ogungbe after he impressed 
the record label owner at the Kennis Music 
Easter Fiesta in 2009,he eventually got signed to 
Kennis Music. 

His breakthrough song was titled 'Odun Yi 
(This Year).He also released another song 
titled 'Filebe'. 

He left Kennis Music in 2013 and started his own 
record label called the 'Next World Music'. 

While he was signed to Kennis Music,he released 
2 albums,he later released another album which is 
his third album titled 'ba Orin' (King of Songs) under 
his own record label in April 2016.

Back in 2013,he signed an endorsement deal with 
PZ Cusson,his song 'This year' was used by the company for promotional purposes.
