Early Life

Harrison Tare Okiri known professionally 
as Harrysong was born in Delta State Nigeria.

He dropped out of school after the death of his mother,his father married another woman.

Career

Harrysong has been active in the Nigerian 
music industry since 2008,
he started showing interest in music when he 
was 11 years old,back then he was a conga 
player in his church choir,his mother was the 
music director in that church.

Mr Songs moved to Lagos in 2007 and formed 
his own live band that performed in night clubs,
he eventually met Musician Kcee that helped him 
to sign for Five Star Music record label.

He became popular after his tribute song to 
Nelson Mandela,he also won the "Most 
Downloaded Callertune Award" at The Headies 
2013 for his tribute song to Mandela.

He left Five Star Music to float his own 
record label called Alter Plate Music.
