Ayodele was born on 16 July in Surulere Lagos,it is a residential and commercial area of Lagos. 

According to him,he has 12 twelve female siblings which is considerably a large family. 

His father is a muslim while his mother is a Pentecostal Christian. His father has three wives,thats probably the reason while the star has so many siblings.

Wizzy said he remembered the time when he will spend a lot of hours in the studio,and how he met OJB Jezreel a record producer that prevented him from recording for a year. 

When he was a studio rat at OJB's PointBeat Studios he watched 2 Face Idibia record songs for his Grass 2 Grace album,he also witnessed the recording sessions for Sound Sultan's debut album,Jagbajantis,this events helped to shape the young musician's craft in music. 

He also disclosed that he was mentored by Naeto C.

Back then Wizkids parents didnt support the idea of him being a musician especially his father,but nevertheless the talented star continued to work hard in the studio.

8. International Appeal

The talented musician and songwriter created a buzz after his collaboration with Drake on the global hit song titled "One Dance".

1. He started recording his Wizkid his debut studio album titled 'Superstar' in 2009 which was later released in 2010.

Wizkid wanted the same 50/50 share with Banky W but Banky W refused. Back then Wizkid was the cash cow of EME,he was doing three shows weekly and bringing in close to ₦ 24 million monthly. 

 9. Wizkid left EME to establish his own record label which he called 'Starboy Entertainment'. He signed Maleek Berry and L.A.X to Starboy,he also signed top notch music producers Uzezi Oniko and Okiemute Oniko,known as Legendury Beatz. 

In 2016 he added some Ghana vibes to 'Starboy' by signing Efya and R2Bees. 

10. He had a Car accident in his Porsche Panamera,the car's front tires blew out and crashed into a road barrier,he was returning from the Soundcity Nokia LumiaBeat Party. 

Wizzy was alright but his Porsche was badly damaged,however he bought a Porsche Cayenne two weeks after crashing his Porsche Panamera. 

11. Wizkid currently has three baby mama's,he also has two other boys from two different women,making him a father of three boys.
